Dammam Pavilion is as low rise structure as complicated due to extended large cantilevers all around edges to achieve functionality required for balconies, the extended posttension cantilevers are slopped to reduce the weight of the slab on the foundation, esolution awarded the project after the compilation of the foundation casting, where additional scope for the design review of the foundation, whereas the slabs been changed from ribbed slabs to posttension slabs.

The project completed in four months and functioning in Al Dammam-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2018
