Project Description

The compound called Pearl residential compound in Al-Khobar falls into the luxuries area of residence with total area of 30 thousand sq.m consist of 8 Building types with maximum six floors high, the project ran through two phases since esolution awarded the design 

• Design review of Vertical elements along with the redesign of the slabs as posttension slabs
• Design review of the foundation design, where some of the foundation has been poured in its location already

at the same time of our review of the project, third party consultant was reviewing the design, both of our report and the consultant agrees the foundation were found unsafe, the owner hired esolution to continue the review process, develop a methodology for the exisiting foundation repair along with the construction drawings.

The challange in the project was the time frame, where esolution allowed construction of the floors to proceed to a certain level at the same time of the foundation repair work was going at site, the project completed in one year from date of
