Esolution Construction and Engineering awarded a new design and detailing project with fabrication drawings package issuance for production, with more than 1530 Shop drawings exist in the project, Esolution were able to issue the Autodesk Revit to complete the design package for the precast concrete design and fabrication drawings, the project contains a very fine arch details, using BIM in the precast package allowed all parties to smoothly coordinate the project with zero clashes in the model, panels have been accurately produced, quantity survey accurately managed through BIM models.

The new staff housing buildings are repeated three times each contains 1530 Panels excludes hollow core slabs, for specific requirements of the owners panels are connected rigidly with non standard connections that are being applied in the BIM models with the flexibility to model connections using BIM software, the precast concrete panels issued in less than 16 days for MEP coordination from approval and fabrication package issued completely for production in 30 days round.
