Aloft Hotel and Element Serviced Apartments are new brands at Dubai leisure market. Featuring different concepts and promoting different lifestyles they come together in one location to offer their visitors an unprecedented experience.
Kling Consult specialists accomplished a challenging task of maintaining distinctive brand identities of Aloft and Element while harmoniously blending them with each other. Signature design was created to both satisfy brands’ vision requirements and respect local culture and traditions.
Aloft, catering to the segment of young travellers, indulges its guests in a dynamic social environment, each detail of it designed to bring people together. Kling Consult used its best creative freedom to combine a bold industrial look with a home-like atmosphere. Element main characteristic is its smart design and clever use of space with the main emphasis on eco-friendly technologies and materials.
All the public facilities like WXYZ bar, swimming pool, fitness center and others will be joint-use for Aloft and Element guests.
Environmentally conscious approach is used by consultants for both Aloft and Element aiming to achieve silver LEED Certification
