Esolution has joined Sobha Construction team for One park avenue posttension concrete works,  with Value Engineering scope to reduce the amount of anticipated rebar placed in the original design, successfully approved from Dubai Municipality, moving to construction with Approved and tested Components ( posttensioning kit tested and approved to AASHTO and ETAG013 Requirements )  to complete the construction scope with 24 hours cycle of construction wok, the project with 24 Levels height and around 2350 Square meters of posttension slabs in Dubai - Sobha Hartland features one of the iconic residential and commerical towers in the areas, the project casting of posttension slabs cycles been completed to client satisfactory level
