esolution construction and Engineering completes BIM modeling and design review for the tower that  is located in Dammam- Makkah- Saudi Arabia, esolution design team reviewed the structural design of the tower that is consist of 25 floors with one transfer slab, the design deficiencies been found in the foundation that been overlooked and reinforcement been corrected before casting of any part of the foundation, core wall reinforcement as well has been corrected, majority of the issues found in the input of the loads criteria and seismic checks as well has been overlooked by the original designer of the project.

Esolution completed the review, design of all elements as well construction of posttension slabs in the tower, with building information model has been developed for the tower to facilitate coordination work during construction and visualize the complicated ramps design.
