A low rise commercial building that respects a simple Design merging a Contemporary style with a Brutalist one, distinguished through the use of rough concrete. Respecting the plot form, the plan has a bold triangular shape. In addition to that, an approach for aesthetic purpose incorporating an Islamic pattern stamped on the huge canopy in order to mark the Entrance, manipulates the abundant sunlight to stamp this pattern on the wall.

Posttension concrete works in the project completed in the year of 2019, where the project been well coordinated prior to construction with Kirby steel as there were a massive streel structure on the roof and the project been approved and reviewed by APG  Abudhabi- United Arab Emirates
