Lifting Frames
Following installation and commissioning, lifting frames can operate independently, providing both lifting and self-launching mechanisms. While the gantry crane is used for medium and large projects, this method is suitable for smaller, long span structures (30m to 170m). It is particularly versatile and applies both to precast segmental decks and cable-stayed decks (either precast, composite, or steel) regardless of span range and segment weight. The equipment can be reused for other projects.

Segment Lifting Frames
Segment lifting frames are specialized equipment used in bridge construction, particularly for precast segmental decks. They are designed to lift and position prefabricated bridge segments with precision and efficiency. Here are some key features and types of segment lifting frames:
- 01Static Lifting FramesThese lift segments from the tip of an already erected cantilever.
- 02Mobile Lifting FramesThese can lift segments from any position on the ground or underneath the erected deck.
- 03Mobile Lifting Frames with Rear FeedingIdeal for low-clearance areas, they pick up segments stored on top of the erected deck.
- 04Special Mobile Lifting FramesSuitable for projects with limited access, lifting segments from a single position on the ground.
These frames are versatile and can be adapted for various bridge types, including cable-stayed bridges. They offer benefits like high productivity, precise placement, and reduced disruption to existing infrastructure.
Uses
Balanced Cantilever Erection
Frames on the deck tip lift each segment from ground or barge into position.
Bearing Replacement
Controlled jacking of bridge decks to remove and replace bearings.
Heavy Lifting
Lifting of precast elements where cranes are impractical.
